This is from Netflix Ultraman. They use CGI animation there, and recent mainline SRW games these days try to mimic the source material as much as possible.

@@OrochiKitsune Except the bizarre framerates only happen at the hooman scenes when it's in a fight scene the animation is really smooth and rarely gets choppy as the fights have the same Gridman concept where the fights are like dudes in a rubber suit(specially on the Aliens) and the fights themselves are done by mocap and it's well directed and choreograph SRW Animation meanwhile is more like rotoscoping which is a good choice of animation style for something like Ultraman

He is the son of the original Ultraman (both the alien himself due to blood and the host) and he is wearing a suit of armor as there is no way for any of the Ultras in the manga/anime to turn big.

@@ashmanchester2611 Someone doesn't know how SRWs work. It takes more effort to properly emulate the animation from an anime/show, than to fill it in and work with impugnity. SRW when showing the full respect will try to emulate a scene to near perfection even if it's an animation nightmare.

@Miguel Massolar de Carvalho Pimenta Yeah it's canon that an Ultraman can in fact assume human size if they wanted. Ultraman Tiga in particular had a whole fight scene dedicated to it in one episode before he went giant to take down the main baddie. But since giant monsters are more common foes there's little reason to use it. As for Netflix Ultraman, the reason for the human size is because they actually are just humans if I remember correctly. However, because their ancestors were possessed by Ultras in the past (as in the original human hosts from the shows), they were imbued with Ultraman powers that eventually got passed down to their descendants. It gives them basic abilities but without the giant form of the originals hence they make do with power armor.

@Miguel Massolar de Carvalho Pimenta the Ultra's where an Alien Species but share physical appearances and traits of earthlings. the reason they created the Plasma Spark was due to their sun had already died and their home planet can get super Cold fast to the point of freezing instantly. Watch Ultraman Zero vs Belial. when Belial took the spark the planet instantly froze over along with the other Ultra's Taro tried to stop it but failed miserably. their Ultra powers and Almost infinite life span was just a bi-product of the Plasma Spark. that the Ruler of their planet decided to share to everyone. unfortunately any nearby planets within their system also get's this gift. since Leo wasn't a native of the Ultra's Home world. as for the Manga/Netflix Ultraman. Shinjiro's dad who was the Original host of Ultraman. being Ultraman's Host somehow Altered his Gene's/Dna to that of an Ultra, which was passed unto his son. while some of the other ultra's in this series like Seven,Leo and Astra are Aliens which explains their abilities. (note Leo and Astra looks a lot more Cat like in the manga.) and can take a giant kaiju or alien easily without breaking a sweat.

One of the most laziest dlc's ever. Compare this to something like the final attacks from srw v. They're using this "staying close to the source" bullshit to do the least amount of work possible. And for paid dlc no less.
