How many missions do you need to use a specific sub-pilot in order to unlock final attack?

You need a favorite sub-pilot. That is to say, deploy one sub-pilot at least 20 times without getting shot down. Considering your machine gets upgraded at chapter 39, you can't be a cheeky bastard and choose 2 girls for 2 final attacks. You can only choose 1.
