Tranhuv Yes, it is. That's one of the reasons why this game is infamous: plagiarism. It also uses Magus' Theme from Chrono Trigger.

A similar tune was also used for Godannar's 紅蓮の戦闘領域-A11 because all three songs are from the same composer (Michiaki Watanabe). Dangaioh's Cross Fight and "Engage, Godannar" are also similar because it's from the same composer and sung by the same singers (Ichiro Mizuki and Mitsuko Horie). The plagiarism is only with the tracks that are supposedly original to K but are too similar to those from Chrono Trigger and Lufia II.
