Latest version of PCSX2 works now, you just need to change the settings by right clicking the game's iso, be sure to enable hardware fixes there and copy all the settings I listed in the video. If it still doesn't work for you, download the specific PCSX2 version I linked in the video. BONUS: Fixed some textures not loading in properly such as the HP bar & damage texts. @@ventse Really? That's weird. Are you using the same iso english patch I used? I downloaded mine from CDRomance. But if you don't want to, A DIY patch you can do yourself is to dump the texture while playing, check the dump folder for the specific filename for your game's HP bar image then rename the patch I made to the name that you got.

Anyone who is a OG SRX fan has been asking and hoping for a remake of these games for the last decade at least and with the English translation and now this, its step closer to having our dream come through, as we know of late SRX is somewhat a dead brand. Amazing tutorial. As a long time SRW player, its good seeing some of the older titles getting some love. I would have had some difficulty navigating the site you provided, since I don't read Korean (not sure if it is, just assuming based on the characters). Bonus points for the texture replacement steps. Also, good choice in music with Trombe.

Absolutely beautiful sprites, damn. Not only the mechs, but the cut-ins too! I wish the old OG games would be re-released. Specially these old ps2 ones that are becoming less and less accessible. Only Emulation these days.

Great tutorial, really makes the game beautiful! Now i can enjoy the battle animation more and stare all day at the details of the super robots 😍😋 PS. The texture pack works with the latest version of PCSX2 now, tho i had to turn off integer scaling because my the internal resolution settings is not the same as my monitor resolution PPS. The stage that i used to test the texture is the same as your gameplay demo LOL! what a coincidence 😆 (Edit)

@@Reverae Yeah YT deletes it. The link is to my screenshot of the units in my current game, im thinking maybe you could check that to see if the HD texture is correct or not. My other comment that is not in this reply got through, the drive link should be there Edit: Just in case the other comment did not go through, im just gonna copy paste that comment here without the link. "I just followed your tutorial though, with some help from the reddit post about how to find the "manual hardware fixes". But i admit there are some units texture that doesnt looks as clear as others, maybe because just as you say it is not fully replaced, and i also encounter HP bar glitches whenever a unit is taking damage more than 50% of its HP. If you will, maybe you can see some screenshots from my current play and then tell me if i have it worked correctly or not"

@@Reverae I'm using 1.7.5088 as it detects the cheat file. I already tried 1.7.4005. The textures work perfectly but for some reason, the cheat file is not detected. I placed the pnach file in the cheats folder and it has the correct CRC so I don't know why this build does not detect it.

@@Tadoka_Inamo That must be a version conflict then. You can maybe try loading your save file in the newest version, do the cheats you wanna do then load it in the old version. A bit tedious but that's the only way I think of it to work.

@@Tadoka_Inamo I know this might be a tad late now but I got cheats to work. Under Tools enable system console then load up the game then look for the CRC. For mine it was CRC: A2C12D28 so just make a blank TXT file in cheats folder and name it A2C12D28.pnach and just paste the codes and save. Or if you had SLPS-25733_A2C12D28 just remove the SLPS-25733 leave it as A2C12D28.pnach
