As a fan of SRW series, there is no better way to describe the feeling i have now, seeing all those main characters of SRW gather together in the same universe.

Basically EX takes place during a La Gias civil war and warriors from the surface with the highest potential are sent there to help the respective forces. This is when Mio gets Zamzeed, Shu gets revived, Zash's father dies, Xenia and Monica's brother dies as a final boss and the Valsione, both Nors units and the Wizoll get upgraded afterwards. EX is awesome.

Valsione R will most likely be built right after EX's story is over so she can take it to the surface and help fight the villains of D, Real Robot Regiment and MX. So yes, you should be excited because Lune is going to be a badass in OGs again.

He isn't dead(he survives to make it to Masoukishin 1 part 2, which is much later) , but this is Thomas's time to shine(he is teleported to La Gias during EX). He is only a major character in La Gias(which is why Thomas being in OGs was so significant, because he is a nobody to begin with so the EX plot was kind of implied with Terada including him in the original OG gba games and keeping him in the PS2 remake).

Yeah, I imagine they'll save DaiRaiOh for OGs3, along with Banpreios and the other Alpha 3 big players, like Selena and Baran Doban. And since this game is already really crowded storyline-wise, any appearance of J and W originals will likely be brief cameos, like Touma's previous cameo.

knowing that Touma and RaiOh already makes it here means that @3 story is already super close. if not that it started already... then if either of the J and W originals have cameos here and OG3 includes @3 plot in it already, then OG3 will be having the most number of overpowered mechs in one OG game...

Valsione R is built after EX is over, so since we have lots of story after EX we will probably get Valsione R for a while. After EX is over they go straight to F or 4S with Lune having the Valsione R so Terada can pretty much do whatever he wants after EX is over in this.

On Play-Asia, it costs around $80-90 for the normal edition, but if you don't mind paying extra, there's some special editions as well with some pretty sweet stuff, albeit they cost ~$200 and ~$400.

I have Alpha, but I haven't gotten into it yet. I do somewhat like the SRX team though so I will get into it eventually(my favorite Alpha character is Selena so I want to get to Alpha 3 eventually). The Masoukishin games are my favorite though(although this and the future OG games with the Masoukishin units in it will be my favorites in the future). I hope we get a OG game set in post Masoukishin 1 and post MK 2 so we can use Fenta, Dinflail, Leogeira, Dergiran, Zelvoid and even Hringhorni.

I would suggest starting with Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation 1 and 2 for the GBA, the official english releases.(and OG 2nd is effectively a sequel to them) Fan translated versions expand the list to SRT J (also GBA) and Alpha Gaiden (PS1) The games are all fairly playable without a grasp of Japanese, but I'd still recommend an english on to at least get to know the base combat system. Aside from that, have fun :D

I am sure Terada will be killed with a pitchfork if he doesn't do that. I just hope Terada continues to troll us and changes the EX story so we get Becky, Simone, Tian, Damascus and Fang on top of the usual EX MK party members(these characters only didn't exist in EX because EX was created before Masoukishin so they have no reason not to be included in this) I also want Golden Golems to kill for money(they should give at least 100,000 credit, as opposed to 10,000 to 15,000 in Masoukishin).

It is obvious they are using the EX storyline from the video alone. Did you not see the "EX" plastered all over the video? Not to mention the 2 hour event Terada hosted where he explained that he was using EX in this after he showed this PV and where EX fits in the OG timeline(apparently he is also tired of people getting it wrong).
