Blow of Deadly Groan just sounds silly. So I translated the title, got the same, BUT. I looked up variations of the name. My best guess is that it actually says "Blow of Deadly Roar" Because a deadly groan just sounds soooo threatening.

"A Roaring Finishing Attack" A more literal name is "A Roaring, Sure Killing Attack" but that's too wordy. And I love how there's a Hissatsu Shigotonin video in the related.
