Just sayin, I've been a cook for years, went to Culinary school, and I can tell none of these people have any kind of certification to cook because one of the biggest things that is drilled into your mind in Culinary school is hospitality. You NEVER yell at a customer or call them names no matter how rude they're being to you. These people have no sense of politeness, it's "order your food, take it, and stop fucking talking to me" which is ridiculous. Hopefully this place goes out of business so the employees get a wake up call that you can't expect to treat your customers like shit and still stay open.

I work at a company called Open Table, which Gordon Ramsey uses at ALL of his locations, and I have met him in person and spoken to him. He ONLY yells at a customer if they deserve it. If you come up and tell him his food is trash or his cooking sucks, then yes, he's going to yell at you. If you come up and say "Hey Gordon, I'm not trying to be rude or anything but I asked for Well Done and my steak is still medium rare." He'll say exactly as any other cook would "Sorry bout that, we'll get you another one" Do you honestly believe a man who devotes most of his time onscreen helping people, whether it be cooks or restaurants, would yell at customers? No. As I said, what you see on screen is there for ratings and to keep the shows enticing. Watch the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares. Almost all his interactions with customers are completely calm and usually in a joking fashion, because he isn't REQUIRED to boost his ratings by making himself look like an asshole.
