My heartfelt condolences to Akira Toriyama's family. I started watching Dragon Ball during 2006.. Then during the Dragon Ball Z nearing Buu Saga I remember the days when Cartoon Network would Just go to the episode till they are about hatch buu but not show his face and start the episodes all back from the cell saga.... So my elder brothers who were also a big dragon Ball fan from the 90's had this Dragon Ball Z episodes which i would go to their house every day to copy 5-7 episodes in my 700MB CD and come home to watch the whole show in my computer daily... It was so satisfying to do those drills just because cartoon network delayed the show a bit. But either way, It always inspired me as a child to never give up like Vegeta and be kind as Goku and be strong as The Saiyans. I'll be thinking what would I have done if I was not introduced to Dragon Ball. Thank You Akira Toriyama for everything 🙏🏻 . May your soul rest in Peace🕊️

This episode was directed by one of the best animation supervisors. Yuya Takahashi's art style really captures the old school DBZ Cell Saga vibes. He also worked on the Goku vs Caulifla & Kale fight previously. His beautiful art direction will be seen again in Episode 130, as well as the DBS: Broly movie. It's so refreshing to see Vegeta back with his muscle definition drawn from the Cell Saga. He also brought back the fluffy Namek hair style of Goku in SSJB at 10:30!
