Note: Super Baby 2 Is a genetically modified SSJ3 with that in mind we can safely say Vegeta has the abiility to go ssj3 in GT.... yes SSJ3 Vegeta is a real thing, Now I Know the question has appeared "Why didn't Vegeta use SSJ3?" well let's say this: in the cell saga Vegeta is able to use Ultra Super Saiyan, and "why didn't vegeta use USSJ?" simple: he didn't like the fact it drains energy too quickly due to the need of said energy for his fighting style, in the end, vegeta simply wouldn't use it.
