Beautiful. I think going super scale like this makes for a better trail experience. I can totally understand the need to pimp out a dedicated rock crawler, but I think the definition of scale is being able to look this good just rolling around. What a great build. Thanks!!! The detail was much appreciated. I feel like a lot of us amateurs got a good education in electronics.

Looks awesome out in the dirt. The servo controlled steering wheel, gear shifter and drivers head are really cool. In Australia they call this Suzuki model a Sierra.

It's a great build. The one and only let down (IMHO) is the Body. No one would be seen dead driving a REAL Jinmy never mind an RC one.! If this was a Land Rover Defender D90....it would be a real game changer. It's a very good quality kit so id love to get one but i'll wait to see if they bring out a better body. Great video and commentary from a talented model maker.

Had a buddy in high school who had the real deal samurai. He changed it into a soft top, added a beefy safety roll bars and beefy tires, extended the bed by a foot like a wrangler. Capo should make one.

The Jimny is the successor to the Samurai.Looks similar but a little more rounded. In the UK the Samurai was also known as an SJ410

RCSparks Studio I love the cragsman.. I put the brass axle weights on front axle. Still trying to get the steering set up right after that. Like yours the knuckles are tilted to far back now. I Burnt up the factory motor letting my 9 year old son climb a loose dirt hill with it. Put in a brushless 550 3400kv I had laying around it’s wicked fast now. But also does good slow with the two speed transmission. Also used a hobbywing esc I had laying around. Plan on changing motor and esc out for a sensored system. Just not sure what one I want to use yet. I am hoping that the aftermarket will catch up with them. My front bumper got broke on some rocks, and I don’t want to throw another plastic one on it. I hope to see more of the sixer1 and the cragsman in the future.

Wow that is incredibly quiet. The belt driven system helps quite a bit there, but the transmission must be very well made as well to be that silent. Looks super realistic.

Some additional requirements can makes it much pretty and cool No.1 add mud mates behind all the wheels with 4×4 mark No. 2 add radiator and cooling fan under bonnet

Just gotta let er roll sometimes. Got a jeep xj hard body that I let roll down a 20ft a couple times simply because it was easier to crawl then for me to climb. Gives the body character.

I wonder if the droop you took out made the suspension a bit stiff. More droop should allow the tires to stay in contact a bit more during articulation, making it more capable when running with open diffs. NOICE VID!

Great to finally see it in it's element, off road! In Australia, these are called a Suzuki Sierra. After they stopped the Sierra line, they introduced the Jimny. The Escudo (I believe that's what you call it) was a Vitara here, just for a bit more useless information. Nice save on the hill descent BTW!!! 😮 That was so close!
