That's Giga Mac. In the two player vs mode of Punch Out Wii, after a player filled up a special bar from dealing a certain amount of hits, they could turn into Giga Mac to deal much more damage.

I love the default Fire Emblem Awakening character's (or Robin's) Final Smash. Aside from Sheik's, Dark Pit, Mii Fighters and Dr. Mario etc. are just plain out clones... although I love that two of the Mii Fighters got awesome smashes and just looked awesome. I wished Dr. Mario and even Mario had a different FS, like Dr. Mario dropping giant Megavitamins and making destructive combinations like in the original Dr. Mario.
