Dibb The Squib Eh... Subspace is fun for people who like platformers, but the platforming levels themselves are rather mediocre and would barely be passable in an actual platformer. WoL has more to offer for those who like Smash and has plenty more videogame references, both in the world map and the Spirit battles, but ends up falling flat due to the overabundance of Spirits battles. So overall each have their pros/cons, but gameplay-wise I prefer WoL. I’d say the only thing Subspace really has over WoL is the cutscenes and multiplayer.

Talking about intros, RelaxAlax has literally the best channel intro and outro on KZbin (in my opinion). There's so many great factors, great animation, good music, quick and memorable, the details like how Ganondorf and Monika disappear from the intro after the Ultimate Review. Another thing is that he takes the music from the og intro and puts a twist on it to the point where it feels oddly cinematic. Easy 10/10.

Intro for smash 64 will always be my favorite, for the reasons he said like how it emphasizes the crossovers and the music fits perfectly with the flashy anime feel of the visuals, but most importantly because of the end of it with the homerun bat sound effect used multiple times when the two slashes are made to create the smash bros logo and the announcer yells the “SUPER SMAAAAAAAAAAAAASH BROTHERRRRRRRRRRRRRRS!” and the old audio quality of it makes it sound all the more classic............. gives me the chills every time

The thing with Smash 4 is that it was the least special of the bunch. Like, 64 was first, Melee was a competitive Dreamland, Brawl had the coolest modes and an actual story, Ultimate is, well, ultimate, but Smash 4 was just a slightly more competitive Brawl, without everything that made Brawl great. It was a good game, but it's standing in the shadows of titans

Brawl has the best theme by far, no contest. melee has the best intro, and ultimate... i think a lot of people say its really good because of the giddyness of a new smash game, imo its next to smash 4 in terms of the theme and the cinematic is alright for being mostly in-engine gameplay. i think after awhile of the game being out people would formulate a more critical view of ultimates theme and intro, or maybe im just the odd one out.

I was honestly shocked by how much lifelight was used like I started up the game and was like alright, it's the song! Then the menu was a variation of it. Then Battlefield and FD had a variation of it. My personal favorite was the one on the little adventure rewards screen like it was just a really good thing I don't know how else to describe it

I'm sorry Alax but your bias really shows in this video, mainly in the music part. The melee theme song is really nothing special, while Brawl's is a epic orchestral arrangement. Ask someone on the street if they can hum melee's theme and they'll sing the menu theme instead of the main theme - BECAUSE IT WASNT MEMORABLE AT ALL. But everyone can sing brawl's. But I do agree with you that lifelight is indeed the culmination of the music in this game series.

A song not being "memorable" is literally opinionated. Ask literally any competitive Melee player and they will say otherwise. Brawl's intro felt slow, fitting for the game it's on. Melee's is faster, more up beat, prioritized different instruments every now and again to keep it fresh, and the announcer at the end saying "MELEE!" Really glued it all together. If you like brawl's fine, but don't say something is not memorable when a *LOT* of people do, infact; remember it. I personally can't sing or hum to brawl's because it gets old for me pretty quick.

My favorite part of that Ultimate intro is the stage changing with Pikachu watching. You know, the part at 8:23. I found that epic for some reason.
