Ideas for your ver. of Smash Imperialism: 1) If an ally defeats a main opponent after their main fighter dies, the opponent doesn't lose their entire land 2) Stages themed after the initial state a character represents 3) To avoid turn 1 losses, solo states get some sort of buff so they can avoid losing instantly 4) maybe a choice between attacking or training aquired allies to gain a cpu level up 5) somehow include Hawaii and Alaska 6) bigger empires can recruit fallen allies from the opponents they conquered over the opponent themselves 7) if the series goes on long enough, expand to surrounding countries Not every idea is a winner but here's what was on the top of my head

I have a few suggestions. First, I think it makes sense for the winning *team* to take the territory instead of if the team leader is KO'd. This is basically a war, and in a war, you're not just fighting the leader, you're fighting the entire *army.* Plus, the CPUs aren't gonna know who the leader is, they just see enemies and allies. Second, I think that once a character has moved, they should not be allowed to make another move until everyone else still on the board has made a move. Just seems like a fair play thing to me. Third, if a character's territory *completely* surrounds unclaimed territory with no other characters inside, they should auto-claim that territory. I mean, there's no reason not to.

Place fighters in states that make sense for them-like put Little Mac in New York (since he's from there) and Ice Climbers in Alaska! 2. If an ally is killed in battle, they're out for the rest of the campaign! 3. Expand the map into world countries with every fighter! Just some fun ways to spice it up, if you like!
