Milk powder - 1 cup

Powdered Sugar - 1cup
All-Purpose Flour / Maida - 1.5 cup (200 Gm)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Khoya / Mawa - 125 gm
Elaichi Powder -1 /2 tsp
For Rabri
Milk - 1litre
Sugar - 3 tbsp

Trust me on this, this is by far the best cupcakes I have ever made! I am a professional Baker & these cupcakes have the most perfect texture & flavours! My suggestion is to add 1-2 ellaichi's powder as it will enhance its flavour!! Anybody who is doubtful to make this, go for it
