2022 here! I still have the CD that I got for my 9th birthday way back in 1995 & still play it once in a while! Easily my favorite Super Solvers game!

2024 and I find myself wanting to play this game to build a blimp; Narrow envelope, gondola inside the envelope, and engine behind the gondola, all to see how fast it can go.

Never noticed this as a kid, but that's not a blimp. Blimps do not have a rigid airframe inside the envelope, which means the gondola *must* be outside, because the thruster engines *must* attach to the gondola. What this game has you build is a zeppelin, which *does* have a rigid airframe.

That “Shady Glen” is the same name as heard from Disney’s story of Bambi. By the way, the “with Chimps” game setting has hard level of difficulty. On the other hand, “without Chimps” is easy level of difficulty.

I remember this game! My brother and I used to play it (my brother got it as a present). It was in Dutch and it was called: Super Speurder Race spektakel (translation: Super Detective Race Spectacle) And Morty Maxwell was called Midas Mispunt (translation: Midas Wrongpoint)

As a kid I remember seeing some other classmates playing this game in our 6th grade science class. I never got to play it though. I don't remember why, possibly because I failed a test or got in trouble, but either way I'm still mad I never got the chance to try it.

the game originally was for DOS and released in 1993.........the CD-ROM repackaging was released in 1998 for Windows(3.x,95,98) with minor tweaks to music, sfx and added speech like in the video
