It sure did lift my spirit, Oprah. When you help me grow spiritually because of the information you share through your work, I feel so blessed and loved. You are right; if you are thankful, any situation feels temporary. I feel better. I'm 41, and not long ago, I was able to experience true thankfulness and realized that Things take time, but everything will be okay. XOXOXOXOXOXO ❤

No doubt this message was meant for me in this day. Really helped me to put the anger I have been feeling towards someone into perspective. Underneath the anger was really a sense of powerlessness. Listening to Gary calms me. Just wonderful!

I like that def ur anger was powerlessness! Wow! That's EXACTLY my feeling. I'm viewing my interaction with THAT person as a loss (bc of my spouse's perspective which was not useful but more harmful) instead of a victory and I have wasted many hours on how to revenge rather than to March on and live! When I was in my 20s fortunately there was already cable channels in my country and evrytime I see you I always stayed on that channel. Especially when you have a celeb on your show. Then, 25 years after you focused on soul searching and intentions. In this tiktok world we are now in the younger people wouldn't know your channel. Alit of gurus suddenly on you tube but you were the original..So please don't stop your channel. I wanted to always know who you follow or look up to and it's so fulfilling to listen to your voice and or your guest. I didn't have a difficult childhood some challenges but If there's a lesson I copied your strong mental attitude..now im older still listen to you...I listen to supersoul sunday even on fridays😄😄😍.

No one can become one with the soul, become perfect, in just one lifetime. Its impossible. This is why the soul reincarnates many times. You, consciousness, comes back into a physical body of a child, to continue the journey of learning. All the lessons we learn in each lifetime, we bring with us. They are not forgotten. We don't start from scratch. I think of it this way. As a child in school you go through stages of learning. Then when you move up a grade, you don't forget what you have learnt in the class bellow. You take what you have learnt to help you to understand the new lessons in the next stage of your development.

This is her show and her interview. She brings her authentic energy and soul to it. We are watching their two souls and personalities together, and this is what we get. I have a saying. The physical body is the noise. The ' I ', consciousness, the real you, is the silent observer..... The bad times in our lives, are opportunities that give us the chance to learn. When we are experiencing the good times, we never question. We just experience them. So bad times are the lessons and the teacher.

I always wanted to ask Auntie O a question. After meeting her sister and understanding that there were two Patricia or Pat as their nick name. Did she reflect on how she Meet someone many years ago with the same middle name as hers, Gail. Does she see that now it may have been a divine way of showing? Did she reflect on the dates. When she meet Gail, the dates of finding out about the second Pat, the birthdays, anything that would summarize the truth was there the entire time. I would not be writing this if I didn't take the same journey myself only to realize the true was staring me in the face. I know it's not good to back track; however, that moment, for me, provides the opportunity to stay in the moment. God Bless Auntie and keep being the spiritual gift that you are growing into. 🙏
