I was enjoying the video until she said that some people on KZbin are so dramatic. Yes, there are some that over exaggerate for views, but there are people that do NOT have any tolerance for spicy food. Also, you can't fake a runny nose, teary eyes, swollen lips and red face. I think the taste and tolerance for spicy foods varies per person, and that doesn't make that person dramatic.

I also chew about 3-4 fresh chili peppers with my meal everyday, I can handle it, but I aint saying it aint spicy. Plus, she swallowed the noodles, that's why it wasn't as spicy.

When I used to live in Houston the majority of the Vietnamese community held their chopsticks that way or a similar way, not sure where it originated though. They showed me how to do it that way and it really was easier and more comfortable. Now I can't hold them the traditional way lol

+VincentJamesSL Theres a reason why people dont hold it that way... When you hold chopsticks, I believe I read somewhere that the chopsticks aren't meant to cross like an X form. It is something related to perhaps the Chinese religions, which is why most asians related to Chinese (Korea, Singapore etc) don't hold it that way if possible.

If you look it up on amazon, it's a picture of a man with his head exploding and a habernero and a thermometer on the package. It's really really spicy and really really delicious!

My dad, sister and I all did the challenge. My dad said it was nothing, but my sister and I were dying. Even though it was one of the worst experience I ever had, I ate more of it the next day! 😂 The flavor was sooooooo good (in my opinion), but it was very spicy. I definitely recommend this to people who like spicy foods.

Seems like a lot of people are complaining about the fact that there's no water, the way she eats, and the way she holds her chopsticks. First of all, you CAN eat ramen without the water, it's called cold noodles and it's just as hot. Second, when noodles get soggy it makes it a lot easier to eat because once you put it in your mouth it begins to break down. Lastly, the way she holds her chopsticks is perfectly normal. Sometimes with smaller hands it looks different, but she's holding it the correct way. I know this because I have the same problem with everyone telling me how to hold my chopsticks only for it be the same exact procedure.

People talking about the way she holds her chopsticks.. which is correct in quite a lot of Asian cultures. It also depends on what you're eating. Bigger pieces of food, you move further away. Rice- or smaller pieces- you move closer to the food. There are also certain ways to hold it to scoop, stir, etc. You can actually see this if you watch Asians eat. Most people commenting seem to be more familiar with the Western style (the method taught on the back of the red pack chopsticks.) Also, ramen is actually meant to be eaten somewhat quickly.. as it's suppose to be quick food, lol. As for the temperature of your weather, many hot cultures eat spicy foods because it has been proven to cool you down (you perspire more)!

Im asian and i grew up eating spicy stuff my whole life but when i ate the packet ones i almost died literally tasted like the worlds hottest chilli. I reccomend getting the packet ones because they are much much hotter. People arent dramatic they just ACTUALLY got the packet kind.

Maruchen has Yakisoba noodles in a "Spicy Chicken" flavor. I like to slice up mushrooms and put those in while the noodles cook, then cook 2 over-easy eggs on top. Sooo good.

Either that was a faulty batch or you didn't leave enough water. You're not supposed to pour all the water out, leave a little. Then heat it up again with that little water + sauce in it. I love spicy food but for me it was beyond anything even Thailand has to offer. I managed to get some into my eye and that properly hurts.
