Reminder that Super Squirt is not the only repeatable Pet battle trainer. Most of the Dalaran Tamers work for this with the correct team and there is a very high likelihood they show up at some point during every Pet Battle week.

Great video Hazel, thank you :) I just wanted to say, that other pet tamer are just as good for leveling as squirt. For example Sir Galveston or Bodhi Sunwayver in Legion Dalaran. Both only take 2 fights from 1 to 25, even if you ONLY use your hat. No pet treats needed.

In addition - the only thing that makes Squirt special is that you can walk over to the NPC to easily heal after each fight. Many of the Legion pet dailies give the same xp as Squirt, you just have to either have bandages or fly back to the nearest stable master to heal up. @@Przymiot - it really depends on your team. I run Bronze Whelpling and Widget for Squirt, which is just a little over a minute per fight, so there's not many fights faster. The point is, though, that the next Squirt / critter week isn't going to happen until November. These fights you can do whenever any of them show up during any critter week and they'll give similar xp.

It's really important to note that you do NOT need pet treats for this. JUST using the safari hat is enough to make it so that it takes 2 fights to go from 1-25. No matter how many other buffs you use, you cannot get that down to only 1 turn, so they're just wasted.

I do pet charm mission and WQs on all my 28 alts, mail all the charms to 1 toon to buy stones. It's takes time but it's not tedious. It's something you can do on the side while running your daily routines. I leveled 900+ pet this way.

Right on time for EU super squirt day. Even gives newcomers a few hours for prep. :) I myself always grab a PTO day for all super squirt days available. Even sometimes 2 is I feel like going for crazy hours. 🤣 Haven't tried the script thing so far, but I might test it out since I have 2 more hours until it starts and I just finished my workout so I'm ready for this. :) To those who have never done it and are debating whether it's worth it - The answer is Absolutely YES. It's huge. Trust me you'll love it! :)

Last time Super Squirt day happened for NA, I downloaded tdScript and just scrolled my mouse wheel for 4 hours and had almost 200 pets to 25! It was awesome.

I've got a few strats for "super squirt day" that I swap around, this one is pretty good and failsafe. One SMALL thing worth mentioning for less experienced pet battlers, I've had one or two times in the dozens I've done this that a crit with puzzle kills boneshard early. In other words, the third bonestorm is cast in the undead phase rather than the one he just got killed. No big deal except that when you put the broom back in, you are a step ahead. Just make sure Puzzle hasn't cast dodge for the second wind-up or it will miss. Pass there and the fight continues as normal

Honestly on Super Squirt day, the safari hat is really the only xp buff you need; you will still get any pet from 1 to 25 with just that. Add pet treats if it's just a normal Squirt day (and you'll level a pet from 1 to 25 in about 4 pet battles usually) but it's just overkill on a Super Squirt day.

The only thing you should use is the hat. It puts you to 2 fights to get from 1-25, and you can not add any further boost to make it one fight for 1-25. I use an autoclicker to keep the fight going with TDScript. I raise all my pets to 25 because you never know what pets will suddenly become good in a fight, especially now that we have a nerf coming in Shadowlands.

@@DerekScottBland Multiboxers still have to be present and pressing keys for any multibox software to send the keypresses. It is the automation of something like an autoclicker that's the issue. Basically, if you can run something while AFK and have it do something for you in game, it's not allowed.

@@SomeIdiota - I disagree. Multiboxers are not doing "one click one action." they're doing one click and copying the action on multiple characters. The only reason Bliz allows it is because these people have to buy all the accounts, but it is still botting by definition. You do not have to be afk to bot, you just have to be automating, and they are automating every character past the first. Me running an autoclicker for 1 minute and then having to manually go heal pets and set up the next fight is much less harmful to the WoW gameplay experience and economy than multiboxers.

Even if they wanted to police that behavior, they could not. Multiboxing has existed in every MMORPG, has never been illegal in any of them, and it is most likely here to stay. The best way I've heard it put is: "It’s not ‘one action per keypress’. It’s ‘no actions without a keypress’. If you still have a human being behind the keyboard pressing keys, it’s not automation and is therefore allowed." Also, a small infraction is still an infraction. It smells, but yeah. Don't let Warden eat you over an autoclicker!

for those who have the safari helmet: you dont have to buy the exp charms from the vendor with your hard earned pet charms. With or without them you only need 2 fights for lvl 25. With hat: 1.fight: Lv1 to Lv 17; 2.Fight: >Lvl.25 With hat+charms: 1.fight Lvl1 to Lvl19 or 21 (dont remember exactly but you still needed a second fight. if you DONT have the safari hat, the lesser expansive exp.charm is all you need for same results. but dont by both :) happy farming

I'd mention the other overlaps that might make it worth dropping everything else for a while. When Super Squirt overlaps with Darkmoon Faire you can used the Whee carousel buff along with the others. Hop on the carousel then Draenor hearth and you are good to go.

Don't get ultimate stones, they're a waste of currency when you can hit one of the mega xp trainers during any critter week and level your pets from 1-25 in 2 fights. Right now the pet market is in flux because of the upcoming changes to battle pet abilities. I bought one of each pet in BfA, and the rest of my currency has gone to buying rare stones. Now that my army is all rare, I'm focusing on getting at least 40 rare stones banked for Shadowlands to boost all of those pets, and that will let me focus on using the new currency to buy the new pets.

@@tasror Of the ones you can buy with tokens? Not really. There are none that currently stand out as a must have in multiple pet battles, but that could all change with Shadowlands and the nerf to some of our favorite pet abilities. I know Hazel has a video on where to find all the pets, but I don't know if she ever ranked them. If you're looking for pets to buy, level and sell, check your server's AH prices on Accused Hexxer and how many are usually up for sale (potential competition). With it running 500 charms, people will rather spend gold to get it and use that 500 to get other pets.

Sorry if someone gave this comment. During the pet event, I pray for the sir galveston Legion WQ. That repeatable battle takes 65 seconds to complete so you fully level a pet from 1 to 25 in 2 minutes15 (2 battles). I know it requires bandages but thats trivial given the time saved. I sell max level pets for gold on multiple realms ..the pet event is my restock week.

Ive used Squirt a couple of times to level TONS of pets, but i really prefer using the legion tamers. I have never seen a pet battle event that didnt have at least one of the really good dalaran trainers at some point through it. Yesterday in US was Sir Galveston, which is faster than squirt AND lets you get player exp, whereas squirt had her player exp removed a long time ago (on top of needing to be 100 to start with). The Legion tamers give the same pet exp, but also offer player exp and can be spammed from level 1. I leveled about 300 pets over the last couple of pet weeks and did the entirety of 20-110 on a Nightborne that i couldnt get myself to level the proper way for heritage armor. The only drawback of this method is that you need to use pet bandages because the tamers are not very close to a pet heal NPC, but those are comparatively very cheap at 5 bandages per pet charm. Load an alt down with bandages and spam out some sweet levels.

i found out that pressing pass when boneshard dies is unnecessary, you can ignore that and win all the time too and really important you dont need the pet experience food i got to level 25 in 2 battles with every pet i leveled without the buff, i used the safari hat though

WOW! This is so broken. It takes 2 fights to boost a fresh pet from level 1 to level 25.. I just leveled 18 pets to level 25 in one hour. Thanks for presenting this. One Tip: If you want to level Level1 pets you only need lesser pet treats to be able to level in 2 fights. All extra xp from peat treats are overcapping.

Honestly, I can't even be bothered to level pets anymore. I've been getting so many polished pet charms from the mission table, I have no idea what to do with them all. I literally have over 2,000 of them stockpiled just from mission table rewards that I haven't spent yet so far this xpac.

Seems like the english inventor of the char was kind of a creep. In german translation (which is inferior most of the time compared to english names), her name is "Spatz", "Sparrow". Having leveld roughly 800 of my 1100 pets there, i am quite glad about it somehow.

Before it had a different, dirty meaning, "squirt" was a friendly pet name meaning "little kid" in US slang. As in "Hey, squirt. Do you like your new backpack?" That is probably why they named her like that.

Super squirt day is a depressing event for me. As I chain-level my low lvl pets, I come too often across mutitude of pets I own for the last 3, 5 10 years now... Heck, I regulary up some vanila pet I bought when I started (at the beginning of Burning Crusade). Seeing those furries left neglected for soo long remind me how bad of a virtual pet owner I am. I think I should thank my parent for never buying me those tamagotchi, I would had been a soul cruched monster owner.
