Super Street Fighter IV
Original Video Animation, also known as just Super Street Fighter IV in Japan and by its unofficial fan name Super Street Fighter IV: Juri OVA, is an OVA Street Fighter film. It is the second animated film based on the Street Fighter IV games, after The Ties That Bind. The film is directed by Fuminori Kizaki (of Afro Samurai fame) and produced by Gonzo. Initially released as a DLC within the "Collector's Edition" for Microsoft Xbox 360 in Asia, it was later released in the U.S. in 2012, inside the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary - Collector's Set, where it was referred to as Super Street Fighter IV Original Video Animation on the anniversary website.
Plot
The OVA, set just prior to the actual tournament during Super Street Fighter IV, opens with a woman emerging from the S.I.N. lab; the Korean Taekwondo fighter Juri Han, Seth's new hatchet woman replacing C. Viper from the previous game. Juri is empowered by her possession of the Feng Shui Engine (implanted in her left artificial eye socket), which makes her seemingly unstoppable, raring to "go kill something", she heads to an amusement park, hunting down some former S.I.N. personnel; despite being heavily-armed, the thugs don’t stand a chance against Juri's skills.
Though Juri targets and kills off other bad guys as well, she clearly doesn’t care at all that there are hostages or innocent civilians around as she uses her Feng Shui powers to lay waste to everything around her. Soon, the Interpol team of Guile, Chun-Li and Cammy arrive just in time to see the park go up in purple flame. They storm in and split up, with Chun-Li being the one to encounter Juri right away; the ensuing fight proves to be one-sided as Juri beats Chun-Li to near death. Before she can finish her off for good, her eye malfunctions plus the cavalry arrives, so Juri makes a quick exit.
Later, some info from a mysterious source (C. Viper) reaches the team on Juri's whereabouts. While Chun-Li is confined to the hospital, Guile and Cammy set off in pursuit of Juri, now on a mission to capture the Shadaloo Dolls (M. Bison's elite guards) at a secluded lab. Cammy and Guile arrive just as Juri finishes with the last of them. As Cammy tends to an unconscious Juni and Juli, Guile fights Juri. While faring better than Chun-Li, Guile struggles to gain the upper hand, to the point where Juri mockingly mentions Chun-Li and asks if she died; this enrages Guile, and he unleashes a furious onslaught that unfortunately does little except agitate her. Despite Cammy's efforts to warn Guile of an incoming attack, he is unable to dodge Juri's Fuharenjin, and is defeated. Cammy is left alone to leap onto the escaping S.I.N. craft, where she and Juri fight once more. Despite her efforts, Cammy is overwhelmed by Juri, who then shoves the unconscious Juni off the plane, taking Cammy along with her. Luckily, a nearby mountaintop and a mound of snow breaks their fall.
Juri flies off and is congratulated by Seth upon returning. She licks her lips in anticipation, sensing that S.I.N and Shadaloo will clash in the very near future.

In my honest opinion. Seth should have put a fail-safe device/mechanism in Juri's eye. Hell, it could be voice-activated to something like "Absolute Power". That way, when she betrays him, he would have a backup plan.

Juri, C. Viper and Seth are all S.I.N. Members. Juri is a girl who was kidnapped as a child and inherited an eye which allows her to use Bison's Psychokinesis which powers her arsenal of moves. She is a master of Mui Thai and Jet Jun-do and mostly uses her legs. Cammy and Chun-li are investigating her as well as the SIN corp. for the disappearance of many fighters, who's rumored to be turned into SETH clones(i.e. abel). The Eye has mad her mad with lust and power so she sometimes goes crazy.

Main antagonist along with Seth in Street Fighter 4 and SSFIV. As well as teammate to Bison in Street Fighter x Tekken series. She is a freak. Fighting loving monster... Who mostly uses her legs to fight. I do like her, but mastering her moves, combos... Is a tough task (especially if you don't have proper Arcade Stick and use Controller).

Being overpowered isn't necessarily a bad thing, LOL. Actually, I consider the OVA version of Juri more threatening than the game version. If she could do some of the things from the OVA in the game, I'd show all the Ken and Ryu players a thing or two. No longer will I have to hear Juri scream, "I'll have my revenge!" I need more power -sorry, I get carried away sometimes-

During the battle against Chun Li her left eye the Feng Sui Engine was incomplete which made by Seth. Without it Juri-chan defeated so easily by overconfidence. lol

Juri in this OVA is way overpowered. She took out Chun-li too easily and send her to hospital and later on she kicks too easily asses of both Cammy and Guile. In game she is far more balanced and any charachter has chance to defeat her. But not in this one were she is untouchable. And I like Juri as well as Chun-li and Cammy so have nothing against her.

Feng Shui Engine doesn't nearly do that much for juri. Sure it makes all links connect but she's still a fragile little bug when I hit her with a climax beat :P On that note, I demand a Dee Jay Ova as comic relief to all this seriousness!

@Kaaels Juri's problem is that her defensive game is awful, and if she gets blocked too soon, she's screwed. She has to make a couple of risky gambits to start an assault properly and they don't always pay off.

Ok, hope I got the Time line of the street fighter Universe right. First was the Alpha Series, then street fighter, street Fighter 2, Street Fighter Ex, Street Fighter 4 (That include's Super SF4) and last but not lease Street Fighter 2 Impact and (Shortly after that) Street Fighter 3rd street. Cause Street Fighter 3rd strike takes place in the Future. If they are going to make a Street Fighter 5, it make take place before 2nd impact.
