I don't know about you guys, but listening to Juri's theme I think it's safe to say that she is probably evil.

She's neutral. She isn't evil, she just prefers to be a rebel to "whimsical" actions, such as being a hero or being charitable. She is more like a mercenary and does whatever she is hired for, but you can see that her choices do point her away from being evil, of course this only applies after Seth betrayed her, as beforehand she felt no remorse for making terrible choices. During SFV she helps Cammy save Decapre, though she clearly seemed entertained by the idea (since she previously tortured the Dolls). She also only helps Urien and Gill to an extent, as she doesn't want to get involved with the Illuminati's business, and she is very upfront with her disgust towards M. Bison and Shadaloo (especially Vega).

My interpretation is that the scream we hear in this theme isn't from one of Juri's victims, but Juri herself when Bison took out her eye and killed her parents. After that, the little girl Juri died and the sadist Juri was born.

***** As from the person who not do material art I'd yes tae kwan do is danger but from experience to saw and witness the real fight from many material arts of none weapon, I'd say 'tea kwan do' is not the best. In my opinion from suck to awesome material arts are 'jujitsu' is the worst because it work only for 1vs1 fight as if many enemies jujitsu is screw, next is 'tae kwan do' because it focusing on range and direction for foot as primary weapon and few punchs as support, next is 'karate' they use more part of body to fight and it good at misdirection the enemy's attack which that make karate an effective defend, the Best of all is 'ancient Muay Thai' it too flexible and durable for other arts to fight against it use every solid part of the body into effective weapon.. for consequence of other art is broken bone and shifted muscle but for consequence of Ancient muay thai can cause even worse or to death such as 'shatter skull', 'twisted or shifted spine', Many people confuse 'ancient muay thai' with 'kick boxing', for it obvious they different here are some ideas- ancient muay don't use gloves but they use fabric line or solid white string , and not wear safety helmet but best of all is that this art can maintain power and focus when there multiple enemies, ancient muay thai being use since medieval's war for warrior whom have no weapon or their weapon shattered during war, this skill allow them to fight on to the death.
