I tested it, both offhand works. the new offhand and head essence works as it show in the buff status. when i removed the demoralize off hand for duration, my demoralize cut short for about 3 second. also none is "disable" or grey on color when i check my gear.

You can't use same demoralize essence all together in off-hand, other one will not be active

This build is very very bad mate. Its a shame that they don't care about barbs anymore given the essences we got for the last 2 batches 😢

I agree on the new essences, they are meeh but as a barb main im trying things... Regarding the build, it come down to your playstyle, my playstyle is more on support.
