This is a chiropractic adjustments tutorial. The specialist's name is Oleg Goodwin (inst @massage_training_a_top). This guy is amazing 👏 I have had severe back problems for 20yrs I've spent over 80k in chiro and physio none of them have even come close to this level of thoroughness. I have always felt that if my Dr just went through and really worked my body the same as this guy I would have much relief. My Dr literally does 3 maybe 4 adjustments pats me on the back see yah next week, 5 mins for $55 adjustemtn and another $65 for a 10mins decompress and I've spent 18k in the last 1.5yrs on my Dr treatment plan and I've gotten worse lmaoooo I have the same issue scoliosis just a more mild case but the pain it causes me is debilatating

Так что "лечение сколиоза" понятие специфическое. При нашем сидячем образе жизни нужны правки регулярные (а это недешево) с упражнениями/спортом. Сколиоз зарабатывается годами, соответственно и лечится тоже годами при серьезном подходе. При несерьезном это скорее облегчает течение и замедляет износ позвоночника. Я себе большую часть позвонков сам вправлять научился, для профилактики раз в месяц-два навещаю мануальщика, никуда мой сколиоз не девается, но жить особо не мешает.

Его правят раз в неделю, а все равно каждый следующий раз , и смешения позвонков и сколиозы всякие никуда не деваются. Бесполезные процедуры и тупое выкачивание денег. На следующий же день, все вправленные позвонки, мыщцы обратно, в привычное неправильное положение вернут.
