The beginning of ushers performance was a bit chaotic but then it BECAME ICONIC!!!! It was so much fun, so nostalgic - he brought out so many people. The rollerblading! The vocals! The dancing! He fucking brought it and acted like he really wanted to be there. He gave us a show!! JUSTICE FOR USHER!!!! I wish he played some of my favs but I gotta give credit where it’s due, because I couldn’t do all that!!!

Can we talk about how Usher was also in 2 commercials Sunday? The first being the Christopher Walken one during the first half and Walken says “Don’t you have somewhere to be?” Then he was in the Uber Eats “forgetting” commercial in the second half and says “I hope to do the Super Bowl halftime show one day.”

This is the first year Tom Brady was officially retired and not actually playing. That’s why he is in everything. When you’re the GOAT and hall of famer, you don’t just go away. He’s going to be on the football screens for the long run. Especially when he starts working for FOX. He is highly respected as he paved the way for many players and has been there for many of the nfl rule changes. His input definitely matters to the league and players.

I thought the Usher performance was a sheer chaos in the beginning, but then it got good, and the nostalgia brought it all home. I have such fond memories of all those songs grew up with it at different levels. I lost one of my best friends at age 14, and the school played let it burn on the Soundsystem for her and the website dedicated for her, had let it burn in the background because she used to always play it on repeat. Then it goes to all those club songs that I have made so many bad mistakes on drunk in my 20s. Usher was around for every era of the millennial. Personally, he should’ve just stayed in the rollerskates for a little bit longer.

Super random place that Megan and Harry were recently: the Vancouver Canucks game (hockey) in Vancouver, BC, Canada. They showed up on the jumbotron and were in a suite and it was SO random.
