I think it is 2X speed. Because Goods Trains are not allowed to cross 50-70 Kmph mark between Bilaspur-Gondia Route. And According to the Video the speed is 115+ Kmph which is too much for a Freight Train in India. Even Emergency Brakes would take almost 2+ km to stop at such speed.

Yep to reduce stress of Joints between wagons . Otherwise wagon joint(coupling) would be broken down due to heavy stress if all engine would be in front side.
