For some context on why prod was really poor on day 1 1. A portion of their staff flew in late due to the storms in Dallas, meaning they couldn’t do an in depth of a QC 2. Someone was doing some cable management and unplugged the router, then plugged it back into a stronger outlet which short circuited the router. I wish it was a joke but it happens. Day 2 and 3 they were on their shit doing pretty well, Day 1m was just super rough and it’s aight. Kinda ass seeing people shit on production even though they were there for over 12 hours in the first day
