I love the Super7 style. Their box art for the Godzilla ultimates has been superb & this Destroyah box is my favourite so far. For me, this the best Destroyah figure out right now. They've totally nailed his look. he's huge & i think they're best figure to date. Thank you for the great review UltraZ. Cheers.

He too looks quite awesome. A very cool figure. I think he gives SHMA a run for the money. And of course puts the Bandai Movie Monster vinyl right to shame hands down, no contest there lol. He is awesome but I agree the 1200 degree Godzilla is my favorite just because it is so unique. 👍👍👍

I feel really strong about wave 3, this figure is a perfect transition from Super7’s early growing pains with the Toho line. Seeing these now in hand and noticing just how much they’ve improved is really good to see, I originally was gonna pass on this one but the early in-hand reviews won me over. Happy to support a line that improves as the line grows. The two in this wave and Dark Horse Godzilla are really good, and I’m looking forward to their take on Minus One and SpaceGodzilla. Great video!

Thanks, Cap! And I agree with what you're saying. It definitely feels like a transition wave. Like there was definitely time from wave one reaction to this to tweak and change the direction of the paint apps here and going forward.

Careful with the assembly on Destoroyah here! I cut my hand pretty hard on two fingers when doing so on my copy, those spikes are genuinely really sharp. With that said, I’m really impressed with this figure, it’s a massive step up from Super7’s previous Godzilla figures (and I already liked the line). The paint on mine’s pretty good, too. This’ll be my go-to Destoroyah until I can find a good deal on the Monsterarts (which is super expensive and rare now), or until they do a reissue of that. I still wish they’d just give these guys jaw hinges, though. Especially since that Meltdown Godzilla they did has jaw movement on the skull head. That alt head could easily be replaced with a beam or something else. Also, Destoroyah’s development regarding his design is pretty deep, especially with all the concepts that led up to him (Varan being in his place, then Ghost Godzilla, then Bagan before he was dropped again, and then a shapeshifter called Barubaroi, before they came up with Destoroyah.)

Yeah I got some boo-boos here 😂. As far as the SHMA they already did a reissue so I'm not sure if they ever will again. I think this one is better anyway.

This is another really good figure that super 7 has done other than the wings are a little but other than that it's new big deal and there are some gaps here but the figure looks good I'm really tempted to get it

Love this figure one of the best Destroyah figures out there and makes a great ‘Bagorah’ to accompany my SDCC Dark Horse Godzilla.
