I feel like the qc issues comes from them stopping the line. I think they had to stop production and didn’t have enough time to fix issues, that’s one reason we got this wave and the wave before this one about a year early

Maybe try and heat up the head and attempt to attach first before you glue the head.

I appreciate the suggestion, but there’s no slot large enough inside the head to receive the pen. The hole just continues to narrow. It Hass to be some kind of factory error.
