I just got a Super73S1 (SG1 here in Australia) - brilliant bike, I got 50km from first full battery charge, yours could be due to cold weather? Lithium battery don't like cold weather and performance decreases fast

I talked to the company about it a few times and with other people with different brands of lithium batteries, no one was having such an extreme fall off like I was. I was really babying this battery by keeping it fully charged and bringing it inside when it got cold. It’s looking like it’s the whole bike that’s bad. But there’s a fix coming

My s1 had a bad battery at the beginning too. Get that battery or controller replaced

No, it was in warm and cold weather. The battery ended up being defective and they sent me a new one

That doesn't make any sense about your battery. I'm averaging 20miles on a battery generally riding at full throttle until it's at one bar, and mine is one of the earlier versions at that. And even then lately I'm still rising at full throttle. If I'm veing aware and sipping power, I can get 25ish miles I think. Still not asuch as I'd like but I can get around a good amount with that. Range is everything when it comes to the fun and amount of freedom you can get out of one of these. In the end I'm definitely considering getting a second battery that I might run parallel to the original. I heard that doubles your range easily and even gives you a higher top speed, which are two things that I desperately want and am considering flipping my s1 for an s2 primarily for those reasons. But I fins myself just so in love with my bike, even though it's older. It feels like I own a classic car or something. So much character and personality. (And WHOA I had no idea about that new bike lane on the Brooklyn Bridge that's insane!)

@@CREATIVEreviews well to follow up on my original comment. I ended up finding another battery that I always bring with me, and what a game changer! I feel like I can be out all day now and never have range anxiety
