i have rdx latest cloth shin gaurds i been using. they’re good but i have issues getting my legs high so im always hitting elbows or knees when ppl block. my shins and between foot and shin keep taking a beating lol. i just got some super rare for sparring but no shin guards are used at all on the heavy bags for shin conditioning

Do you have any measurements for medium? I'm looking to buy at medium, but I really don't trust the sizing chart. I wish the website was more informative.
