Hi friends! Hope you enjoy today's video! Just wanted to make a quick amendment to a statement I made about one of the books I mentioned. I said "Amelia Westlake was Here" was about female friendship, but it's actually a story about two girls falling for each other! I clearly passed over that comment in the synopsis and made an assumption (the heteronormativity unfortunately still ingrained in my brain JUMPED OUT) but I'm even more excited for this book knowing we get some LGBTQ+ rep :)

Emma you have to read Normal by Danielle Pearl. It’s a amazing book about a girl named Rory who’s dealing with an anxiety disorder from a tragic event that happened to her. And you see her try to get through life after what happened to her. This book was so good I saw myself in Rory so much. I hope you consider giving this a shot it’s my all time favourite book. Thanks

Ooooh. Kings, Queens and In-between is HIGH on my TBR. I can't wait for it to be released so I can read it. Same with Slay!! Nocturna came in my Fairyloot box and the premise sounds so intriguing, plus the character art it came with had me sealed on reading it. Hehehehehe. My favourite read from last month was definitely Godsgrave (I cannot WAIT for Darkdawn) and my absolute favourite book that I got this month and cannot wait to read... I'm torn between The Wicket Saints and Descendant of the Crane :).
