Honestly if they had made Alex angry and super pissed at everything, then I think this game would of done a little better. Like if the developers traded his personality with Josh's then I think this game would of made more sense. Especially if he was only looking for his brother begrudgingly. If they had made it where he comes home and his mom was like 'hey go find your little brother, its dinner time" and Alex was just like an ass about it, this game as a whole would make more sense.

Alex's teeth are the scariest thing in this game. Each tooth has overemphasized shadows on them, it's unnatural and unsettling. I really didn't mind this game at release but if I were to rate it I'd dock it a whole point for how uncomfortable Alex's teeth made me feel.
