So the bolt diameter needs to be 60mm or more to really justify the purchase of this product.

Superbolt sizes start at M16 and 3/4". At these sizes and up, Superbolt can achieve high clamping loads with low torque requirements using only hand tools. If the scale on the torque comparison chart was adjusted you would see a large difference in torque requirements even for M30. For example you would need around 930 Nm to achieve 310 MPa on M30 stud.
