Difficultly seemed to be a lot lower than Peppino. More likely how easy the vigilante boss fight is. And you don’t even need to worry about Fake Peppino catching to you since the noise just scares him off. And that The Doise is dead when you fight him again.

After that, the level would be permanently changed to Noise Gutter, and this song would play in it.
