I purchased my Superbox (Latest) 2024 Elite-Ultra Bundle 6KTV Box from Golden Deals USA and the Elite Apps are not showing up. I've reached out to Golden Deals USA several times, but no response. Do you know how I can get the Elite Apps to show up on my box.

Did you get the extras? I am having the same issues. I cannot reach anyone at Golden Deals. I only got the Elite Pro Plus. No Elite apps. no help no response. No 8K HDMI, No Wifi booster, No 64gig flash drive, No 64gig sandisk SD, No mini keyboard. Did you ever get help??

I think I'm going to wait for the MK-Ultra- Super-elite-Radical++w/enzymes, maybe by that time they'll figure it out. And possibly answer support problems.

Video shows you receiving a keyboard, wi-fi booster, flash drive and micro sd card. None of those items are shown on the product purchase page. Why is that?

There are GB and Gb, Gb is Gigabit, GB is Gigabyte, the Ethernet speed is undoubtedly GB or Giga bit per sec. The is a a factor of 8, so Gb is MUCH slower, and not used for Ethernet

How is it that all the super boxes look the same? Kind of like the same of the tangula or the vsee It looks very familiar and they're using all the same apps but with different names. So how's that an upgrade?

The back up apps seem to be the same on all boxes but each box has their own main app. So like I have Tanggula elite and vsee Elite and their main apps are different

@@americanbullies1247 Yes, they're different names but not different providers. All you have to do is look at the channel list and see they're pretty similar. Check it out. I'm not bashing the box. I'm just saying that for the price point, the changes, if you get this box for 2 years you've spent over $600 in hardware.

Ok I got the box I set it up I downloaded the apps I need I can't watch some shows or movies I don't know what I did wrong and if I downloaded apps like Netflix, prime , HBO I'm I going to stream the available movies and shows because when I try to I have to subscribe I should mention I have no any technical skills so please help I desperately need help.

Where did you download the Netflix / Prime apps from? You should download them from the Google Store.
