Supercar event 2015 - Ariel Atom passenger reaction

On board video footage of a passenger reaction in my Ariel Atom.
Held at Dunsfold Park (Top Gear track) and now in its ninth year, the Supercar Event (www.thesupercar...) is a charity event in aid of the Childrens Trust (www.thechildren.... All drivers, marshalls, pit crew, organisers etc volunteer to take part for free, with the aim of raising as much money as possible for this very worthy cause.

Ha! He had a choice of helmet or goggles and chose the latter! Helmets are now mandatory for passengers at this event so you don't get to to their faces so well :-)

Hey I have got the fast track tickets for 2016 do you know what super and hyper cars are definitely coming? Will Chris Evans take his laferrari

+bart simpson Hi there! Its too early for a definitive list of which super/hyper cars will be attending in 2016 but there is bound to be lots of Ferrari's, Lamborghini's etc. Lexus UK has brought their LFA for the last three years that I've attended so hopefully they will be back again. Chris Evans brought his LaFerrari to this event in 2014, you'll have to keep your fingers crossed that he returns with it again next year! Lots of organising going on for next years event, it will be a great experience (and there will be at least one Ariel Atom there ;-) ) Check out some of my other onboard videos from previous supercar events to give you an idea of some of the cars that have been on track in the past. See you at the Top Gear track in 2016!!

Helmet for the passenger ?

At the time of this charity event, passengers did not HAVE to wear a helmet. They were offered one but it was optional, so if they weren't wearing one it was their choice. Nowadays, helmets are mandatory at these events. I see this is the second time you've posted about this, so hope you are now happy :-) Thanks for the comment!

The Atom driver almost binned it at 1:22 lol. Locked up, missed the apex by a mile and only just stayed on the track, nice save though.
