@Jay Jay Sure! You can just Google it and download it, it works like any other peer-to-peer software (eMule, Limewire, etc.). You have a search bar where to write what you're looking for, and the results will be listed by the user that uploaded them, download speed, title, contents, etc. Some users require that you make your part in sharing content, before getting access to theirs. So in the settings you can choose a folder from your computer where to put stuff you wanna upload instead.

I would suggest checking out the channel Japanese Shoegaze and hit up Stereocycle by She Her Her Hers, and then jump over to the 90's discography of The Pillows. I don't know many japanese groups of this similar lo-fi, post punk-ish sound but that's what I've enjoyed while also adoring this album completely.
