It looks like an M4 because it is, essentially. I work for an engineering contractor that's involved with BMW. The Alpine variants are basically 85% ZS-components with a few features designed for differentiation.

Okay, hot take. BMW can make this csl as limited as they want, do whatever they want handdone, but imo it's just doesn't have that value ?? It's being sold for so much, but like this car is just a tribute car to the original one. The ORIGINAL one won races, reasons why it was held up to a pedigree. This new one is just a glorified m4 that hasn't raced squat, it's not even race ready, so it gets me thinking if you have the money, why not just buy the ORIGINAL 3.0 CSL? This is just a m4 cos playing as something else.

The best advice that i learned from Manny Koshbin is don't buy a Super or Hyper car until you have 10 times the price of it in your Bank account, when you purchase a Super car you add a car to your garage but u add also maintenance and unexpected damages that can happen in future

you don't need that much, as long as you have 250k to 350k in cash, and earn at least 40k plus is fine. It not like you are going to pay the car off, get the car, drive it for a year or two then get something else. You don't need millions of money to enjoy nice things. You just deploy a small amount of income to have some fun. Remember you are going to get this money back ( a good percentage) when you move it.

I understand Manny advice but that's overkill. If most people did that - they would never own one. The 10-15% rule is enough - especially if you make even more with multiple streams of income. My investment properties pay for my exotics cars. It's many different things you can do to afford easily and responsibly. You don't need a million cash to afford a cheap 100k car, My first exotic was 100k put down 20k- financed 80k. Then traded up to more expensive cars. Now I have an Aventador, so it's not hard at all, Especially if you are making 20-25k plus a month with little to no debt with multiple streams and assets that produce income.

The price of this BMW is absurd from where I'm from (Singapore) Car #13 of 50 (Brand new unit) is currently in the BMW showroom and it's price at SGD$3.3million (€2.258million). Yes you read it correctly it's a 2 million euro BWM. The current bid at the point of writing for the BMW 3.0 CSL in the video is sitting at €135,000 which is about SGD$197,000.
