Currently, if you take a factory tour at Volkswagen Salzgitter (it's free, but you need an appointment), they will take you into the workshop where the Bugatti engines are produced. You can take a very close look at the engines and talk to the mechanics (they get time to talk to the visitors). This is an abolutely unique experience. When we were there they had the 1600hp version on the bench.
