Supercars Accelerating LOUD - Locals GETTING MAD! Jumps in front of cars

In this video you can see some great sports/tuner/supercars accelerating loud on some lovely roads in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, they drove on a country road that was bothering the residents. You can see them come out of their house and jump in front of the cars to stop them. Police was called but there was no police car available in the area.
What do you think of the action of the residents? Are they within their rights or do they simply have nothing better to do? Let me know your opinion in the comments! Oh, and they even stopped a Tesla.. Enjoy the video!
