Nirnay , our expenses and income is projected in budget. If we are seeing great discounts on oil purchases and debate is where are funds being utilized. This matter needs constructive discussion in parliament. Now we need our parliamentarians who draw nice fat salary to have constructive discussion on economy , falling rupee value , employment situation etc . Actually if bills can be passed without substantial debate , why we need parliament ( peoples representatives). ?
