Hello Bill - Awesome video - thank you - I lived in Point Loma as an 11 year old kid and started racing back in 1981. Live in North Texas now, race 51 to 55 Expert - I so remember seeing what you created through the years - thank you for being an Icon / Avatar in our Sport - the love and friendships along the way - it warms my heart to think to back in the past and then forward here today - I just finished a sprint sesh as a 50 (+) year old and my neighbors probably think I am crazy, but I love it and it keeps me young - so thankful ....... Are you making any new Super-cross Chromoly frames? I may need to build up a new rig!!!!!! Thank you!

It’s cool to hear about old tracks. Ascot was one of mine as well as the track that was under that off ramp in San Pedro. You are correct about friends. I still have all mine, and it’s great to see my kids making theirs. We were unsure where we were going this year, and we’re looking so hard to find frames for my Kids. Not one company could help. It’s understandable these days. Joseph from Ridgeline Service on a whim called you Bill. You came through, and took the time to ask what my Son liked. You sent us a White RS7 in expert XL. My Son lost his mind, and has fell in love with your frames. My daughter as well. Thanks for all you do. You have made such a difference in both their enjoyment of this fun loving sport. M Mahon

Thank you, everything has its evolution story. This frame has been with us for 40 years and been carried shop to shop as part of our heritage, and we honestly never thought anyone cared, but recently visitors has been asking more about it, so we figured it was time to share the story. There’s a few more people don’t know about as well, we will have to wait to pull those out of the archives ….

Hey Bill! Good story there. You sure got an early start! Whatever you got, you earned it, for sure. I have to agree with you about BMX being all about family and friends. It is also a real working-class sport, just ask the riders what they (or their parents, spouses, etc,) do for a living.
