Super grateful of the Geofront team for translating this game. Trails from Zero is so much Falcom goodness - from the catchy music, the attention to detail in world-building to the sense of humor. I also like to point out that a lot of Plot and events in Zero and Azure are also very important in CS1 an CS2 since the timeline of those games intersect in the timeline. Plus I skipped from Zero to CS1 and 2 first since Azure geofront wasn't finished yet which semi spoiled me some events in Azure and I assume it can be mind boggling to most western players since most played CS without knowledge of the crossbell duology story, so some major or minor events that was currently happening will confuse most players like the giant _______ in the distance for example in CS2.

Maybe if I look at your links that would make it easier, as I was interested in it. I had been playing Trails of Cold Steel IV but was starting to get burned out from playing so many of them in a row essentially so I took a break.

It's the best time to buy Trails of Zero on DLSite. The game have a 50% sale. 😁

Thank you for telling me where to get the evo voice files I needed to know where to get those

There is no "pure" legal way how to get Evo sound files as these require hacked PSVITA to extract. If one really cares about legality then it's the dead end :-(

@@defordefor9865 And whats you point most mods aren't legal anyways. I installed them for the Sky games and I appreciate him giving me info where to find the mods for Zero

It's safe to say that the official release of Zero and Azure will come before Hajimari.

I remember back then I was so disappointed by the Final Fantasy series (FFXV) and the Tales of series (Tales of Zestiria). For me the Trails series is a god miracle ahah. This game series is so good. 😁

Derek has lost a lot of weight and is looking especially handsome these days. As for the game, I liked Zero although it takes awhile to get going. If I hadn't enjoyed the Sky arc as much as I did, Zero might have been a bust for me, but since it takes place in the same world with some of the same characters, and game mechanics I did find moderate enjoyment. The direct sequel Ao no Kiseki is amazing though and is one of the best entries in the entire Legend of Heroes series IMO. Looking forward to that review as well and welcome back to Derek who we haven't heard from in a month or so.

Aw man, now I can't watch the review because I've been slacking on finishing Zero... Damn you, month long breaks between chapters! Anyways, glad you're continuing with the series Derek! Let's hope GeoFront's Azure localization will be just as fantastic!

Anybody know if the voice acting in the official NIS releases is the same amount as the evo mod? Should we still install the mod on the official versions?
