Regarding what Tate said... Every guy Ive dated if I would come in when he was with his "homies" it was a strike for me. Now imagine if I offered drinks and some snacks it would be, "youre trying to get with all the homies" and "youre flirting" blah blah blah!! I would get dragged and would NEVER hear the end of it. They aren't all kids. Armando is 25 years old he should've been more conscious and a better role model for the other two. Yahritza is 16 years old Jairo is 18 years old atleast by 18 I knew better but that's because I was taught better. Also I made it my personal mission to learn Spanish. Solid response. Some ppl take some time to mature... but let's remember their lives are different. Musicians/ artist socialize differently and get praised well constantly for their 'hits". Doesn't mean you talk about other negatively but who's there to teach them? I got anger issues like that man. I feel it. I would never ever lay hands on anyone ( I ain’t that crazy) because of it but I just break like items in my room and then immediately regret it after lol. But man it’s just all this stress of college, working and putting in so much work just to have a 700 dollar check that gets 80% spent immediately on a few bills. Then car issues and all that. It’s a terrible feeling man. Especially working in a shitty place with unreasonable expectations I just wanna be able to get a good job after college so I can help my parents or buy them a new car. Or at least be the one family member that has a stable job (not in a mean way) that my other family members can rely on and depend on if money is ever an issue.

Preach. 100% agree. There are more Mexican Americans that think like them but are too afraid to be themselves because it’s shameful. If you try hard to be Mexican, you’re a pocho. If you act too American, you’re a no sabo. You can’t win with these people. There’s plenty of Mexican food I don’t like and other Mexicans just have to deal with that. I grew up in the Midwest, do they expect me to have the same opinions, style, and personality of Mexicans living in Guadalajara or Mexican Americans living in Los Angeles? To any regular person, of course not. To a person whose entire identity revolves around being a “Mexican” then those are the folks who have issues with it.
