Redland Summer Fruit Festival & South Florida Pioneer History at Fruit & Spice Park

Each summer, Fruit and Spice Park in Redland, FL, hosts the annual Redland Summer Fruit Festival, featuring some of the most delicious and scrumptious fruits south Florida has to offer! Fruit and Spice park is also the home of some of south Florida's early pioneer history, with a recreation of a historic pioneer home and an early 1900s school house. Let's eat some fruit, soak in some history and stroll around the beautiful grounds!

I enjoy a good Cocoa Frio, y agua de cocoa! I love these types of events. I never knew how many variations of MANGOS there were until now. It was so cool to learn about and see so many types of fruits, that Guy was very knowledgeable and you could tell he was Super enthused about sharing them. I love that! I’ve never actual seen a real “rain check” lol. I could see myself hanging at the Mango Cafe one day. I found this video very fun and educational. It was pure AWESOME!!! I really enjoy your videos and I love how you always capture the mood and do a great job st explaining your sorroundings. You narrate so eloquently :) I enjoyed the music too. I had no idea there was more than one kind of mango 🥭 I am shocked 😮 I love mangoes 🥭 So empresses with all the people, they were so passionate and knowledgeable about their products.

Wow, I didn't know about all the different varieties of mangoes either. Also it was neat how that one display had the upside down air plants each stuck in some round thing, it looked like something from Avatar or a sea creature. Another fun tour, two thumbs up. 😀

Have you tried Jackfruit? That guy who was showing off all of the fruit at the table had one. Jackfruit tastes like Juicy Fruit gum (but better)!! We grow them here in California too...they're delicious!!!
