Thanks for this video, Joe! It's an honor for my game being covered by you 🙂 As always, it's of superb quality, and I'm looking forward to the following episode! 🖐🏻

Tomislav, thank you for designing such an interesting and compelling CDG on a fascinating and seldom-gamed subject. I am looking forward to playing a full three-player game at Consimworld Expo in Phoenix later this month. Thank you also for the pronunciation video. I wasn't aware of it until you pointed it out to me. Cheers!

Just to help with your pronuciation... the letter J sounds like a Y. So Yuzhna Krajina (at 3:46), and Yayce (Jajce), Syeverna Bosna, Banya Luka, etc etc etc. The letter C sounds like a ts, not a K, unless it has a mark over it then its a Ch sound (both kinds of mark, one is just harder than the other, but its not worth trying to say them different). The S with a mark over it is a sh. Also FYI, Sjeverna means northern, Zapadna western, istochna is eastern, and Yuzhna is southern, and Srednja means middle or central, if that will help. I spent the 90s dealing with the Bosnian wars, working with humanitarian supplies in Sarajevo etc. This game looks interesting, but may hit a little too close to home for me.

Thanks, Gryfont. I'll try my best with the pronunciation. I understand completely how this game may relate to your life experience over there during such terrible times. Cheers.

It's tricky to pronounce most of these names, and I appreciate the effort. I didn't translate them to English because I wanted more authentic map reading experience. If it helps, you can use my KZbin Pronounciation Guide (showing how to pronounce each space and region name in the game). Find it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r5KvhZqQd9KqotE

@@jurisnik I just watched your excellent pronunciation and informative video this morning and will watch it again. Hopefully, my pronunciation should improve in the next video. Thanks for the video, and of course, for the bringing us the game. Cheers!

Could you do a playthrough of the white tribe or maybe mrs thatcher's war? Or perhaps the lost valley? I just finished the excellent lion of khartoum series and would love more.

I think I will do another White Dog game fairly soon. I like Ben Madison’s games and they televise well. I have some other projects first. Glad you liked the Khartoum game.

Thanks, Tony. I'll give it a try. I think the Method should work with the game.

@@StukaJoe I am selfish because I really want to play this game. The topic interests me because I don't know so much about it.

Another great video, love this game. Do you think your CDG solo method would work? I haven't tried it with this game yet
@StukaJoe3 жыл бұрын
I haven't tried it with the Method, yet, but will. From the mechanics found in the rulebook, I believe that the Method can be used to play it solo with very few tweaks.
