Same reason he's not wearing a surgical mask or hair cover, and is not scrubbed in... because it's a simulation... O_o

He is performing on Simulator Machine. Simulation Model. Its not an actual case.

Nice presentation. The subtitle or script is horrible, “below the knee “ is scripted as “baloney” . Is this intentional , Google? Is it algorithm?
