I always wondered why no one makes one of the easiest arguments against "can turn into steel" card. You know what steel ain't good at? Flexing.... The second that bear turns into steel it becomes a statue. It cannot move! Well maybe slide or fall or whatever graviational motion it's in but its joints stop moving. Turning into steel is not the same as some fictional bio-steel like colossus or some shit. Steel is hard yo, and if a fucking big polar bear turns into solid steel it ain't going nowhere because that shit is heavy. Unless the bear is gonna jump on and squash someone that ability ain't useful for attacking. Sure it can turn into a steel monument and hardly receive damage but it won't win this way. Naturally if it's gonna eventually attack all you need to do is find an argument how you'll catch it by surprise. For instance: After Guaca Bruce gets eaten let's say the bear and the mammoth fight, the bear expertly changes between solid steel form and bear biological form to defend and attack the big beast. The cunning Velociraptor observes the fight, uses it's brain to analyze it's prey and conclude when it can attack. Finally the bear outmaneuvers the mammoth and prepares a deadly strike. The camo master realzies he has been outmaneuvered by his smaller opponent and prepares for the incomming blow. When suddenly a deadly screech is heard as the Velociraptor has picked it's moment for a strike. Preoccupied with the attack and the hindarance of the strange object the bear carries(shotgun) the bear doesn't realize an attack is comming. The Velociraptors claws sink deep into the bears back while the veciou creature bites a hige chunk of the Bear's neck. In panic the bear turns into steel, trying to protect itself...but it's too late. The damage has been done. The bear turns into steel while its opponents circle her waiting for her to move. An hour passes the bear is still in steel form when the beast notice drops of blood dripping from the bottom of the statue. There a small imperfection in the steel changing proccess reveals the polar bear has succumbed to its wounds...the steel turning process was never fully complete and the steel case was already overflowwing with blood. The velociraptor was tood deadly. The mamooth and the velociraptor have won and the steel incased bear shall remain as a monument of their victory for ages to come.
