yes it is true i am a fish breeder but for normal aquarium guys you need to remember this method will cloud your tank water as well and you have to do 30% water change every 3rd day

Recipe is good, but fish food is prepared with some fixed amount of protein for fishes. When you add egg yolk, it'll spike up the protein. Especially eff yolk deteriorates the water quality in a day.
