DC movies never have anywhere as brutal violence as the DCAU did. It's fantastic fight choreography and better character development than anything live, given the time limits (22 and 44 minute episodes). Some of this stuff was on the edge of too violent for it's time, but since then female MMA fighters, boxers, etc have all become more popular. So it now sort of fits the genre as it is today.

Fight choreography in a cartoon would look very dumb or fake in a live action setting. Infact, the same fight sequences in 2d animation look quite poor when recreated/rebooted with 3D animation.

For cartoons, because they are hand drawn its easy to allow suspension of disbelief. If live action does the same thing, you get a Michael Bay movie. Which are quite terrible, but would be tolerable if in cartoon form. With that being said, the films are for a broad audience. Including people that don't like watching cartoons. You dont just convert cartoon sequences to live action. Else you get something that looks like Power Rangers or Japanese Super Sentai. But even nerds like yourself would be put off by that.

If this was rated 17+ there would be so many upskirt shots. You can tell the animators are trying really hard to put her legs in poses where nothing shows. That skirt is so freaking short.

plenty of fan service with Black Canary, Vixen, and Fire. Especially that episode when they were mind controlled. Some Fan service with Galatea, Cheetah, & Wonder Woman also.

Without a doubt. Then again, these are heroes that have costumes that resemble athlete's uniforms and such. So in the case of SG, she's not afraid to fight or get compromised.

Maybe in anime. Most 17+ cartoons prioritize violence. The sexy parts tend to get shows and people cancelled. If you want that, watch anime. Even modern videogames have an easier time using brutal violence
