Yeah it's quite respectful as well. I one time befriended a Armenian from Gyumri were the local delicatesse was lamps head. Definitely was good, but I was startled and maybe should have won an Oscar when he "said no you break/open this part". Meaning the part of the skull where the brain is, and the smell was insane. But he was so hospitable and it also felt hypocritical to eat meat but be disgusted by that part. But it definitely took some effort to pretend it was nice. But I feel it's disrespectful to refuse or say it's disgusting. Sure cultures and cuisines vary, but in the end it's all mentally.

If you have ever met a Spanish person you would know that they were white just like turks and norteno Mexicans most of whom are some mix of Spanish, German, and Polish. There is a whole style of horseback riding called English riding. So don't tell me that white men don't ride horses. Both the gauchos of South America and the Cowboys of the wild west are white.

Lohaiza 21 I never said that Europeans are great horsemen, I just think that you are making it sound like white men have a genetic handicap that makes them suck at horse riding. In the US most cowboys have been and still are white, and northern Mexicans are mostly European. If you have ever seen a Turk you would realize that they are just as caucasion as Europeans, and the only reason I brought up the British is because most modern horseback riding has it's heritage from the English aristocrats that would go fox hunting with their horses. I am not denying that the Mongols are some of the best horse riders in the world, I am simply saying that in the west, most of the riding heritage comes from the American cowboys, the Spanish, & the English. I don't know why that idea seems so offensive to you that people have been riding horses in Europe too.

The gusano de maguey is found in other dishes as well, cooked in many forms and it's considered internationally as a delicacy.
